By registering on the Digital Seva Portal (hotkoka.in), you acknowledge that you are a valid VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) or authorized user. You agree to abide by all the operational guidelines set forth by the administration.
All service activations and package purchases are final. Deductions from the Digital Seva Wallet are processed instantly upon user confirmation. Refunds are only applicable in case of technical failure as verified by the district manager.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the portal for any unauthorized or illegal activities. Any attempt to bypass the security protocols of the portal will result in immediate termination of the ID and forfeiture of the wallet balance.
While the portal provides a platform for service enrollment, the accuracy of the data submitted by the user is their sole responsibility. We do not guarantee the approval of all submissions as they are subject to verification.
We value your privacy. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. However, we reserve the right to share information with government authorities if required by law or for verification purposes.
The administration reserves the right to suspend or block any account found violating these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the portal after any modifications to these terms implies acceptance of the new terms.
